Carving and Theme Station selections are very popular.  Having stations at your event allows guests to roam about and socialize.  Our carving and custom stations are beautifully presented and make a lasting impression on your guests.  A wide variety of “theme” stations are available.  We ask a minimum of 25 guests for all stations.  Please call for a custom menu to fit your needs and taste.  Less than 25 guests, please call for a quote.

Carving Station

Pasta Station includes two types of pasta and two types of sauces, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, and parmesan cheese.

Presented with your guest’s choice of Grilled Chicken Breast, Ham, Garbanzo Beans, Blue Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Chopped Bacon, Cucumbers, Tomato, Green Peppers, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Corn, Croutons, and Peas.

Served with Multigrain Dinner Rolls, Sliced Fruit, and Choice of Three Dressings.

Fajita Station


All Fajitas include: Flour or Corn Tortillas, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Salsa, Diced Tomatoes, and Lettuce.
